The one thing that caught my eye is a blown capacitor (221k 1kv). opened it up and sure enough, a giant filter capacitor was rolling around. How capacitance values relate to the tone and feel of a guitar amp. The thing is running hot, and the capacitor is over its rated temperature. My question is, would replacing this capacitor be enough to fix the board or could there be any other reason the board malfunctioned?
